The 52-year-old Elektra actress had on casual clothing that made her appear ready for a gym session.

Her blue top had a yellow smiley face on it as she added matching leggings with sneakers.   The girlfriend of CEO John Miller held on to a cell phone, a water bottle and prescription glasses.

The Once Upon A Farm founder had her brunette hair up in a messy ponytail and wore no makeup with dark, wayfarer-style Ray-Ban sunglasses.

Friday is also the one month anniversary of when her ex-husband Ben Affleck was hit with divorce papers from Jennifer Lopez.

That same day Lopez posted a video where she was promoting her Delola brand.

Lopez had on no wedding rings as she wore a black top with jeans as her hair was down in soft waves and she added pearl earrings.

‘Happy Hispanic Heritage Month Our community brings me so much strength, hope, and endless inspiration,’ wrote Lopez in her caption.

‘I’m incredibly proud that Delola is one of the few brands in the spirits industry with a Founder and Ownership rooted in Hispanic heritage.

She was with mixologist Lynnette Marrero.

Lopez officially filed for divorce from the Gone Girl actor on August 20, which is the same day as the couple’s second wedding anniversary.

Prior to the filing, Affleck had been pictured spending a significant amount of time with Garner — who previously adopted the role of ‘marriage counselor’ to the couple — as they dropped off their eldest kid at college.

Sources close to Garner recently told DailyMail.com that she was forced to ‘play mediator’ in her ex-husband and his estranged wife’s marriage to help them work through their issues in a way that would not impact Affleck’s sobriety.

‘Jen feels slightly used as a pawn in JLo’s bid to repair her marriage,’ a source told DailyMail.com in late August.

‘But when Jen realized her ex-husband’s marriage was past the point of salvation, her only concern was Ben’s well-being and sobriety.’

The source explained that the actress’ close friends were extremely unimpressed with the way Lopez leaned on Affleck’s ex-wife despite how complicated matters were for the trio.

‘She was put in the middle and her friends think — no matter how you look at it — a man’s ex-wife should never have to play mediator in a divorce from his new wife,’ the insider said.

‘Especially when said wife was a big love who Jen was compared to throughout their 13-year marriage. She is happy that Ben is now happy.’

The source explained: ‘In the end Jen Garner always has Ben’s back and although she does consider JLo a friend now, no one sees this blossoming further.’

Garner and Affleck were previously married from 2005 until their divorce was finalized in 2018.

They continue to co-parent together, but Garner has since moved on with rumored fiancé, businessman John Miller, 46, who was reportedly left frustrated by how involved Garner was in trying to ‘fix’ Affleck’s marriage.
