Jennifer Garner was seen enjoying some one-on-one time with her son Samuel, the youngest of the three children she shares with ex-husband Ben Affleck.

The actress, 52, and Samuel, 12, went for a casual stroll through their Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles on Saturday, with their pet pooch sticking close to the Hollywood leading lady.

The Houston, Texas native, who spent most of her childhood years in West Virginia, kept it sporty in the fashion department dressed in black leggings and sweatshirt, as well as pink running sneakers and cool sunglasses.

Rounding out her relaxed look earlier in the day, the Catch Me If You Can star had her brown tresses styled long and straight with a center part, all while she held on to her dog’s leash for the walk.

For much of the duration, Sam walked close to his mom’s right as they tried to keep up a consistent pace through the suburban streets full of lush plantation.

Samuel sported plaid drawstring pants, consisting of various colors of red, white, black and blue, with a red Nike t-shirt and white sneakers.

Missing from this outing were Garner’s other two children that she and Affleck co-parent: Violet, 18, and Seraphina, 15, following their split in June 2015 after 10 years of marriage.

Their divorce went on for awhile but ultimately it got finalized after more than three years in October 2018.

Being a farm owner, Garner would also take to her Instagram page to celebrate National Farmers Day with a series of photos and videos taken on her family’s farm in Locust, Oklahoma.

‘Farmers are the heart of our country, Happy #NationalFarmersDay! Love from your biggest fan, Farmer Jen,’ she wrote in the caption.

The first clip starts off sweet with soft acoustic music playing in the background as Garner rides a toy tractor that’s pulling a small trailer with a chicken inside it.

Looking like a farmer in blue jeans overalls, the Once Upon A Farm co-founder looked relaxed and happy cruising in the green grass when suddenly the chicken started flapping its wings hard enough to land on her head.

Stunned and surprised by the unscheduled take-off and landing, Garner quickly jumped up out her tractor seat and screamed, ‘Ahhhh. I don’t like this,’ as the animal excitedly flapped its wings.

She would position her head down towards the ground to get the chicken off her head and hair.

‘I don’t have that much love for chickens,’ the farm owner and self-professed animal lover said while quickly running her hands through her long locks and stamping out any remnants of the bird and its feathers.

Heightening the brief moment, she then started coughing and doing a mock-hyperventilating fit at an exaggerated pace.

National Farmer’s Day offers much-deserved praise to the hard-working farmers across the nation.

In the midst of harvest-season, the day pays tribute to the men, women, and families who put food in the grocery stores and on our tables every day.

Garner is a Houston, Texas native, but the family moved to Charleston, West Virginia, when she was three-years-old.

The family also got to spend time at her grandparents’ farm in Locust, Oklahoma, that they initially bought in 1936.

The property was passed down through generations within her family  until Garner decided to take it over and work the land, in part, to grow fruits and vegetables for her Once Upon A Farm company, which she serves as Chief Brand Officer.

Garner’s farm inspires some of the company’s recipes which sells baby food, as well as organic snacks and other meals for children.

She primarily grows pumpkins on the land, which she had posted several times on social media. She also grows blueberries, field peas, rye and native wildflowers, per The Oklahoman.

While there, Garner enjoys spending time at the farm, planting seeds, riding tractors, and harvesting pumpkins.

The farm includes a two-room house, a modern house, cows, native wildflowers, and honeybees.
