Jennifer Garner is dressing perfectly on theme for the holidays!

On Sunday, Dec. 15, the actress posted a throwback photo of her and her Family Switch costar Ed Helms sporting matching candy-cane outfits while on the set of the 2023 Christmas film.

In the Instagram Stories snap, Garner, 52, posed indoors alongside Helms, 50, as she wore a red-and-white strapless dress with diagonal stripes and a large red bow at the waist, paired with shiny red Mary Jane pumps.

The actress accessorized her festive outfit with a red-and-white bauble headband boasting more candy-cane sticks perched on top, and a pair of white drop earrings. She sported red lipstick and matching nails to complete the look.

Helms, meanwhile, stood out wearing a giant candy-cane hat along with a red-and-white striped waistcoat — matching Garner’s headgear and dress — over a white shirt with a red bow tie and red pants, paired with red-and-white sneakers.

Garner tagged Helms and Family Switch costume designer Susie DeSanto — who has worked with the actress on several other projects, including Yes Day and 13 Going on 30 — in the funny holiday photo.

In the Netflix holiday movie, Garner plays a mom who switches bodies with her teenage daughter (Wednesday‘s Emma Myers), while her husband (Helms) switches with their son (Brady Noon, of Good Boys fame).

Garner’s latest photo showcasing her festive look from the film comes after she posted a video on TikTok of her in the same outfit in November 2023.

In the clip, Garner first appeared casually dressed on the set of the film in a navy blue T-shirt, loose-fitting jeans and navy-blue sneakers as she stood smiling with her hands on her hips.

The camera then panned around her as she twirled around and appeared wearing the candy-cane dress and headband. Garner was next seen posing while kicking her leg up in the air on set before shimmying her shoulders and walking up to the camera.

For the Los Angeles premiere of Family Switch in November 2023, Garner kept on theme with the festive season colors, wearing a red minidress with an asymmetrical layered hem. She paired the look with black open-toe heels and large embellished dangly earrings.
