Jennifer Garner is starting a new chapter following her divorce from Ben Affleck.

As well as a new man in her life, it looks like the actress has a stunning new home to enjoy, as she was pictured moving some of her belongings into a new Pacific Palisades property on Wednesday.

The six bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom home was sold in December for $13,860,000 and it seems the Alias actress is the lucky buyer.

The palatial whitewash property, which is just a mile down the road from ex Ben’s bachelor pad, measures 10,500 sq ft over three floors and was built in 2009.

Jennifer, 46, was spotted getting some keys made before she met with the movers outside the property.

The house boasts a lower level complete with a large wine tasting room, climate-controlled wine cellar, gym with sauna, craft room, en-suite bedroom and billiards room.

The upstairs portion features four en-suite bedrooms, each with a balcony overlooking the treetops.

Jennifer will have lots of space to entertain with a backyard complete with pool, farmhouse dining patio and an outdoor entertaining patio with fireplace and BBQ kitchen.

Last month it was revealed Jennifer and ex-husband Ben sold the Palisades compound they used to share with their three children to Adam Levine for $32 million in an off-market deal late last year.

The 13 Going on 30 star appears to have several ongoing projects as it was reported recently that the actress is constructing a new home, designed by celebrity favorite architect Ken Ungar, in Brentwood, not far from the Palisades.

According to X17 she purchased the empty lot in July for $6.5 million.

Meanwhile, Jennifer has found love with Cali Group CEO John Miller, 40, who she’s been dating since the spring of 2018.

‘Jen is extremely happy,’ a source told Hollywood Life last week.

‘What she really loves about him is he’s normal and not in the industry. It makes her feel so good to just be with a regular, normal guy in a normal relationship.’

The Peppermint star split from Ben in 2015, but didn’t finalize the divorce until October 4, 2018.

She shares children Violet, 13, Seraphina, 10, and Samuel, six, with the Batman star.
