The couple are currently holidaying on Italy, but taking time out of their break to exercise, Jennifer was seen working up a sweat while pumping weights in the sunshine on Tuesday.

She was clad in a very scanty bikini top and lyrcra leggings for the training session, while her baseball star boyfriend, 43, opted to go shirtless to embrace the Mediterranean heat.

The singer’s getup ensure her washboard stomach was firmly on display and proving why her figure is as incredibly honed as it is, Jennifer proved there is no rest for the wicked as she made sure to get in her workout, despite holidaying with her beau.

Clearly feeling the effects of her hard efforts, Jennifer was seen pulling a grimace as she raised the weights above her head for a series of reps.

The Shades of Blue actress appeared fresh-faced, choosing to flaunt her natural beauty by foregoing her make-up for the morning training session. She pinned her locks back from her face and up into a tight bun on the top of her head.
