Jennifer Garner has done her best to keep her sweet romance with John Miller out of the spotlight, but the paparazzi always know where to find her. On weekends, the press-shy couple is often spotted hiking or jogging together, so it’s not surprising to see them in their workout gear ready to go. However, this time, their weekend routine was different.

The dynamic duo was spotted on Saturday in Santa Monica, California enjoying the bright, sunny day with a little PDA. (See the photos HERE.) Garner and her Cali Group CEO beau were all smiles as they took a walk together while holding hands. The Yes Day star wore an all-black ensemble of joggers, a turtleneck, and sunglasses with a spot of color in her white sneakers with hot-pink laces. Miller had on black sweatpants, a comfortably worn New York Yankees T-shirt, and black sneakers. They didn’t seem bothered by the camera’s attention at all.

The on-again, off-again couple began dating in 2018 but split in 2020 ahead of the pandemic. They reunited in August 2021 and have been going strong ever since. “They have a very special relationship,” a source told People. “It’s never been the easiest one though since they both have families. They took a long break from dating, but Jen is very happy that they are back together.” Garner shares three children, Violet, 18, Finn, 15, and Samuel 12, with ex-husband Ben Affleck while Miller has two kids with his ex-wife Caroline Campbell.

Garner’s romance with Miller blossomed after her divorce from Affleck was officially filed with the courts and she knew his sobriety journey was solid. “Jen has been wanting to move on and now when the divorce is finalized, she finally can. She has had no choice but to be patient since Ben needed to finish his rehab treatment. But she was ready to sign the papers.” While Affleck dove head-first into his marriage to Jennifer Lopez, Garner has decided to take a more measured approach to her dating situation with Miller.

She prefers to be an “under-the-radar couple” with Miller because that is what works best for them. “She loves how little he cares for the limelight or the whole Hollywood scenester stuff… Very different from Ben and J.Lo’s relationship in that way,” an insider told Us Weekly. “You’ll never see them ham it up for the cameras or fixate about what events to attend together, it’s just not their style.” So, enjoy the delightful (and rare) moment of PDA from Garner and Miller because they prefer to keep their love out of the headlines.
