KIM Kardashian has been accused of faking her workout in a video from one of her gym sessions.

Fans claimed they spotted clues that the reality star, 43, was simply putting on a show for the short clip.

Kim often shares photos and videos from her workouts, and one of them really got her followers talking.

One fan shared on an online forum that they had just seen one of the gym snippets and couldn’t believe what they’d watched.

“Kim’s personal trainer should be fired for teaching her this form,” the original poster wrote alongside the clip.

The video saw Kim wearing an all-black outfit of right leggings and a tank top.

She had multiple resistance bands wrapped around her upper thighs as she held onto dumbbells and bent over.

Kim continued to bend over until the dumbbells would reach down to her calves before she’d return upright and repeat it all over again.

The camera then panned away from the reality star to show off the rest of the gym equipment in the room and the cloudy skies outside the wall of windows.

She didn’t even bother putting her hair up the working out is all for show.

In another clip cut together with the other one, the camera was back on Kim, and this time the resistance bands were gone.

She was now holding one dumbbell with both hands as she squatted down low.

Fans called out her form on these moves, as well as the fact that her long hair had not been tied up.

WHAT WORKOUT?

“Her form is always f**ked up and she does nothing to actually work out,” one fan insisted.

“She didn’t even bother putting her hair up the working out is all for show,” a second online user accused.

“But… there’s no resistance in the resistance bands,” a third fan pointed out.

“She isn’t using her legs or glutes at all, it’s all her back… that can not feel good the next morning,” another forum user wrote.

Others continued to point out her styled hair and bad form in the video and accused her of doing it all for attention.

These workout accusations come after Kim shocked fans with her tiny waist at the Met Gala.

SLIMMED-DOWN FIGURE

The 43-year-old rocked a silver John Galliano gown that featured a very tight corset.

She wore a gray sweater over the dress, but it stopped just short of her waist.

This only helped pull attention toward this part of her body, and fans became concerned over her narrow proportions.

“What Kim did with her waist yesterday makes me super uncomfortable,” one worried fan tweeted.

“Kim Kardashian, where is your waist?” a second X (formerly Twitter) user asked.

“Where is Kim Kardashians waist yall? She can’t breathe,” another fan said.
