Jennifer Lopez left an employee at a local ice cream shop in East Hampton with a sweet surprise after picking up a frozen treat over the 4th of July weekend.

While visiting the posh beach town with her daughter Emme, 16, and a group of friends, the Atlas star, 54, left quite the impression with a very generous tip.

‘She got a mini cone with sprinkles and was very friendly to everyone,’ a source told Page Six, before revealing the performer tipped the A La Mode $50.

The weekend getaway comes as the Jenny From The Block singer and her husband of two years, Ben Affleck, 51, are rumored to be divorcing.

The estranged couple also put their Beverly Hills mansion on the market for $68 million after the Good Will Hunting star moved out.

Ben has been living in a $100,000-per-month rental home near his ex-wife Jennifer Garner, 52.

He was reportedly seen moving his belongings out of the Beverly Hills house that he once shared with Lopez in late June, People reported.

‘Ben continues to live at the Brentwood rental. He’s been there for about two months now,’ a source told the outlet at the time.

‘He seems okay. He’s been at his office every day and seems focused on work. He’s also spending time with his kids.’

The couple snapped up the property last year for $60.85 million after two years of house hunting in one of  Los Angeles’ most expensive neighborhoods.

Amid speculation of a split, Jennifer and Ben attempted to quietly offload the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom mansion for $65 million last month.

They seemingly failed to find a buyer and have now listed the property publicly on the MLS system for a whopping $68 million, as reported by TMZ.

The new listing claims that the 38,000-square-foot abode was renovated within the last four months – which explains the $3 million price hike.

The large tip from comes as a huge surprise as there have been incidences in the past where the Let’s Get Loud singer was reported to be stingy when it comes to tipping.

The specific rumor that has been making the rounds since the couple dated the first time is that Affleck – a known gambler – leaves generous tips and Lopez grabs them back and leaves a much smaller gratuity.

One TikTok account called @redpeppaflake said: ‘Ben’s a great tipper, he respects service workers, and so he tipped a lot of people a lot of money that night,’ she claimed in the video.

‘Jennifer goes around to each of those people, and takes back the tip, and gives them maybe $5, $10 bucks—maybe.’

Despite the allegation, which spread like wildfire on social media, there is no  substantiated evidence that J-Lo is a bad tipper.
