Jennifer Garner looked every bit the fall fashionista as she stepped out in Los Angeles on Friday afternoon.

The 49-year-old Alias star showed off her toned legs in a brown suede mini skirt paired with a cozy oversized sweater.

Garner was pictured stopping by her future Brentwood home, which has been under construction for a good part of the pandemic.

She completed her ensemble with some black loafers with gold hardware, as well as a single gold chain necklace.

Jennifer’s brunette hair was styled into a ponytail with her bangs softly bumped under.

A paired of designer shades rested on her face as she surveyed the active construction site, which was filled with various trucks and equipment.

She drove up to the property in her black SUV and parked in front of what appeared to be the home’s entry which had its doors lined with blue tape.

On top of monitoring the progress on her new home, Jennifer is often busy taking care of her three children, daughters Violet, 15, Seraphina, 12, and son Samuel, nine.

She shares her brood with ex husband Ben Affleck, who she separated from in 2015 and later divorced in 2018.

These days, Ben is busy romancing his former fiancee Jennifer Lopez. The pair rekindled their romance – 17 years after their breakup in 2004 –  in May.

Garner recently reconnected with her ex John Miller, who she dated from 2018 until their abrupt split in 2020.

They are said to be taking their romance to the next level and have already started to plan for a future together, according to a recent report from Us Weekly.

‘Jen and John are serious,’ an insider told the publication, adding, ‘They are totally set on a long-term future together. They’ve taken their time to get this committed.’

The couple’s eventual commitment with each other reportedly has some of their friends now thinking that an engagement could soon be on the horizon.

ReconnectedL Garner recently reconnected with her ex John Miller, who she dated from 2018 until their abrupt split in 2020.

The insider went on to note that with the two of them being quite old-fashioned, ‘it’s unlikely they’d live together before things are formalized.’

Due to the fact that Garner and Miller both have children, they made the decision to put them first, from the start of their romance.

‘For a good while, it was important for both of them to focus on their kids and enjoy their time together in a low-profile way,’ the insider claimed.
