The superstar was joined by her fiancé Alex Rodriguez and a host of A-list guests including DJ Khaled and Ashanti as they toasted her big day with a lavish party at Gloria Estefan’s $32million Star Island home in Miami on Wednesday night.
A-Rod drove the pair to the party, hosted by PrettyLittleThing owner Umar Kamani, in the new convertible 2019 Porsche 911 GT3 he had given her earlier in the day.

The birthday girl was the only person dressed head-to-toe in gold, ensuring she stood out from the crowd by asking her guests to stick to white.
She showed off a liberal amount of skin in her sequinned skirt and bralet, flashing her defined abs and gym-honed physique.
The daring attire boasted cross-body strap detailing, adding an edgy feel to the outfit, and was accessorised with giant hoop earrings and a gold clutch bag.
The Hustlers star pulled her hair back in a high ponytail, serving to further highlight her incredible complexion and youthful visage.

Alex’s daughters Ella, 11, and Natasha, 14 – who he raises with his ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis – were also snapped taking a photo together inside the venue.

Rapper Fat Joe – who collaborated with Jennifer on hit Hold You Down – was one of the guests of honour and took to the DJ decks to perform a surprise duet with the birthday girl.
The party included a gourmet dinner complete with white orchid centrepieces, before party-goers moved into another room and began dancing.
Naturally, JLo was the queen of the dancefloor, putting on an animated display as she showed her friends and family how it was done.
The celebrations later moved outside to view the dramatic fireworks display that went off over the Miami water.

A source told Page Six: ‘There are two homes. One is where they live, and the other is a guest house where they like to throw parties. It’s actually next to Puffy’s house.’
The party is thought to have been held at the Estefans’ guest home, which features three bedrooms, three bathrooms and its own courtyard.
