Cameron Brink has continued to wow on and off the court as she and her fellow WNBA rookies soak up the new limelight the league has attracted.
Brink, who has taken with the No. 2 overall pick by the Los Angeles Sparks in April’s draft behind only Caitlin Clark, graced the cover of fashion magazine, Flaunt, this week.
The small forward tore her ACL just about a month ago but before her injury, she took part in a high fashion photoshoot wowing in Versace, Dolce and Gabbana, and Alexander Wang.
The 22-year-old posed in multiple designer looks, including an outfit featuring Skims – Kim Kardashian‘s underwear brand whom she’s previously modeled for.
Brink’s stunning work in front of the lens comes amid the ever-growing popularity of the WNBA thanks to the arrival of this year’s rookie class, which includes Brink, Clark and Angel Reese.

However, during a sitdown with Flaunt for its ‘Gold Standard’ issue, Brink admitted she fears the hype around the league may die down as quickly as it rose.
‘It’s kind of groundbreaking,’ she said of the attention around the women’s game. ‘It’s just really exciting and honestly unfamiliar for me to have this much attention around women’s sports and women’s basketball, but we embrace it.
‘We hope this momentum continues. There is a bit of fear, like, will people kind of hop off the bandwagon per se.’
Brink went on to explain that her fear stems from the every-shortening attention span of fans and social media.
‘Especially with media now and how short media—like videos—everything is continually shortened to fit with our attention span,’ she continued.
‘I don’t know if that’ll carry over to our league. I hope not. I don’t think it will because we have so much to offer.
‘I think it’s just a part of me hoping that me and these other women get the continued support of the media and fans because we work so hard. Our league has just kind of been… not disrespected, but it’s not really familiar to us to have this amount of support.’

The injured Los Angeles Sparks underwent surgery last month to have the ACL in her left knee repaired.
Brink had to be helped off the court in the first quarter of the Sparks’ 79-70 loss to Connecticut on June 18. Brink played under four minutes and committed one foul before getting hurt.
Once over to the sideline, the No. 2 pick in the draft hobbled toward the locker room, but was forced to stop as a result of the pain. A pair of Sparks personnel lifted Brink off her feet and carried her to the locker room.
The Sparks will have to play without Brink for the remainder of the year due to the injury, which also forced her off the US Olympic 3×3 team. She’s been replaced by Sparks teammate Dearica Hamby.
