Ben Affleck put on a very somber display amid the ongoing speculation about his relationship with Jennifer Lopez, as he made a solo appearance at his daughter Violet’s graduation party.

The Academy Award winner, 51, donned a beige sportscoat on Monday as he stepped out to celebrate his daughter’s milestone moment in Los Angeles.

He layered the jacket over a white dress shirt, which he wore untucked with a pair of jeans and dark leather boots, and he carried what appeared to be a beverage can in his hand.

Affleck’s appearance at the party comes one week after his daughter’s official graduation ceremony, from which is ex-wife Jennifer Garner posted several sobbing photos of herself as she cheered the teen on from the crowd.

It has been an emotional few weeks for Affleck, who has been under fierce scrutiny over the status of his marriage to Jennifer Lopez, with reports suggesting that the duo are living in separate homes two years after they tied the knot.

As Lopez stays in their $60 million Bel Air mansion, Affleck is said to be living in a $100,000 monthly rental home that’s just a short drive from ex Garner’s Brentwood house.

He and Garner, 52, were married from 2005 to 2018, and they share Violet, as well as Fin, 15, and 12-year-old Samuel.

The Justice League star was spotted without his wedding ring last week, but was wearing the band again as he stepped out on Friday.

Lopez was also wearing her wedding ring as she stepped out on Friday in Los Angeles.

Reports of Affleck and Lopez’s marital woes began circulating last week after the pair hadn’t been seen together since late March.

‘Ben already moved out and they’ll likely have to sell the dream house they spent two years searching for,’ a source told In Touch.

‘They’ll never stop loving each other, but she can’t control him, and he can’t change her,’ the insider added. ‘There’s no way it could have lasted.’

Although the pair was finally spotted reuniting last week at Fin’s school recital, he skipped the premiere of her Netflix movie Atlas on Monday.

After the Golden Globe-nominated actress banned questions about their marriage on the sci-fi film’s press tour, she shot down one very direct query.

The On The Floor hitmaker was hit with the hot question during a press conference for her new film in Mexico City last week.

In a now-viral video, a male reporter shocked the crowd when he asked Lopez to confirm if the ‘Ben Affleck rumors’ were ‘real.’

Lopez — who was still wearing her wedding ring — looked tense as she tried to laugh the question off, before playfully scolding the man, saying: ‘You know better than that.’

However the singer and actress did not attempt to deny rumors her fourth marriage is on the rocks.

The audience applauded J.Lo for how she handed the situation while one of the panelists – her co-star Simu Liu – warned other reporters to steer clear of that line of questioning.

‘Don’t come in here with that energy, please,’ the 35-year-old Canadian actor said.

However rumors have continued to swirl about a rift between Jen and Ben, with multiple reports suggesting that the two have drifted apart.

A source told Page Six that Affleck has ‘come to his senses‘ after tying the knot with Lopez in July 2022.

‘If there was a way to divorce on grounds of temporary insanity, he would,’ the insider said.

‘He feels like the last two years was just a fever dream, and he’s come to his senses now and understands there is just no way this is going to work,’ they added.
