Jennifer Garner has revealed the smoothie recipe that she uses for her breakfast every single day, detailing how the healthy beverage helps to keep her in tip top shape.
The 46-year-old mother-of-three indulges in a refreshing liquid breakfast every morning – the recipe for which features just eight simple ingredients.
Jennifer started to hone in on her fitness when she started working with celeb nutritionist Kelly LeVeque as she prepared for her starring role in the upcoming film Peppermint which is set to release in September 2018.

After enlisting Kelly as a nutritionist, Jennifer was able to transform her body by following Kelly’s most famous health trick – the Fab Four smoothie.
Kelly uses her Fab Four trick in every smoothie she creates as they always contain four major ingredients: enough protein, fat, fiber and greens to keep your body full and energized for hours.
Jennifer posted a video of herself making one type of the Fab Four smoothies – the Be Well smoothie, sharing the recipe writing, ‘Don’t be scared! It’s tastier than it looks!
‘I started with Kelly a few months ago to get ready for Peppermint movie and have had her smoothie every day for breakfast since,’ Jennifer continued in her caption.
While the smoothie usually requires fresh blueberries as one of the main ingredients, Jennifer who is the founder of Once Upon a Farm, which sells cold-pressed baby food, applesauce and smoothies, opted to use one of her products instead of the fresh fruit.

‘I decided to play scientist and see if my Once Upon a Farm cold-pressed, organic puree or baby food – if you’re a baby, but whatever – could be a substitute for fresh blueberries when I didn’t see any in the fridge. Yep, it could,’ she wrote.
The recipe for the smoothie is fairly simple and only includes eight ingredients that need to be mixed together in a blender.
First, add two scoops of Primal Kitchen Chocolate Coconut Collagen Fuel or chocolate protein powder to the blender, then add one tablespoon of ground flax seeds and one tablespoon of chia seeds.
Once you’ve added those ingredients, add one tablespoon of almond butter as well as one and a half cups of unsweetened almond milk.
After that, simply add a handful of fresh spinach, a small handful of ice and a very small handful of blueberries or Once Upon a Farm organic puree, which Jennifer opted for, then just blend it all together and serve.

Jennifer isn’t Kelly’s only celebrity client as many are huge fans of her smoothies and many stars including Jessica Alba, Chelsea Handler and Emmy Rossum to name a few, swear by them.
Jessica, 37, drinks a smoothie with omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin-B for her skin and the Fab Four ingredients of protein, fat, fiber and greens which she loves so much she admitted to Well and Good that she ‘always turn to her for advice,’ speaking about Kelly.
Aside from eating clean Jennifer also managed to stay fit by working out to Body by Simone which she posted about just three months ago.

‘Thank you for being a bright spot in the last four years, for your inclusive, loving energy, and for making me smile my way through,’ Jennifer captioned a video of her working out to the cardio dance class.
