Social media was buzzing last weekend with speculation about a potential breakup between pop superstar Taylor Swift and her boyfriend Travis Kelce when she was absent from Kelce’s birthday charity event, which he admitted he was fully aware of ahead of time.

However, the 14-time Grammy winner reportedly made it up to the Kansas City Chiefs All-Pro tight end the night before their big win over the New Orleans Saints on “Monday Night Football.”

According to Page Six, Swift and her father Scott held an intimate dinner celebration Sunday night at Noka, a local sushi hot spot in Kansas City, for Kelce and his family.

The restaurant is reportedly a go-to eatery for Kelce and his teammates — he and Swift had a private dinner there last month and the restaurant also reportedly hosted a birthday party for Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

Typically closed on Sundays, Noka made an exception for Swift and the Kelces as it sometimes does for private parties and special events.

In addition to the birthday get together, Swift also attended Kelce’s game on Monday night, marking her first appearance at a Chiefs game since Week 2’s 26-25 win over the Cincinnati Bengals, which was also at Arrowhead Stadium.

Breakup rumors began spreading after Swift skipped KC’s Weeks 3 and 4 games against the Atlanta Falcons and Los Angeles Chargers, respectively, and photos of Kelce looking distraught on the sidelines in Swift’s absence began taking over social media.

However, it’s since been revealed that Swift was simply rehearsing in preparation of starting her tour back up in late October.

Kelce had one of his best performances of the season in Monday’s win over the Saints, logging nine receptions on 10 targets for 70 yards.

Ironically, Kelce has performed better this season in games that Swift doesn’t attend (5.5 receptions, seven targets, 59.5 yards receiving per game) than games she does (4.3 receptions, 5.6 targets, 36.3 yards receiving per game).
